And we're doing part three of her series. This part is on you need protection. If you haven't heard part two and part one, you're gonna want to go back, because part one was all about,

Hi, thank you. Glad to be back. I'm super excited for this one, because I think it's one of the most important ones.

I think it is too, because you know what, we were just singing episode one, you're gonna go listen to. Then no one really teaches you this, like there's no school to go to.

Like there's books about spiritual guys, but it doesn't tell you like, look, if you think you have skills, this is what you should do, no one tells you it, and this is a really important thing, because you can attach negative energy, you can put in negative things, and you have to be able to protect yourself from that.

So I can't wait for you to start telling us what that first of all, tell me what it even means, spiritual protection.

Yeah, so the more you get into, I mean, we all have spirit and angels on the other side, whether aware of it or not, and they do good for you, but there's also lower vibrational things such as, you know, maybe if you're dealing with anxiety, depression, usually a lower vibration is kind of latching on to me on you.

I don't mean someone who passed over, who died and is now stuck to you. It's just an energy.
