Now I promised all of you today on Instagram and Facebook that you would have a podcast

out in the morning when you woke up.

Well, it's 10-10 pm in Arizona as I'm beginning to record.

So in order for me not to be up until you wake up tomorrow morning, I may have to do this

in one-fail swoop.

If you don't listen to the comedian Nate Bargazzi, you probably should, because he has a really

funny thing about one-fail swoop.

But not to get derailed so quickly.

Look, I'm derailed so quickly.

What I was trying to say is I'm going to try to just go through this with very little editing.

I don't want to go back and take out all my ums and hands and breathing and be up all

night.

So have a little patience, this might be a little raw, but it's going to be out there

and we're all going to be really happy about it.
