We are in that space.

It's the holiday week.

And I have started my reflection season.

And I love this time of year.

And I was actually listening to another podcast, one of my absolute favorite

podcasts and it's called the Craig Groschelle Leadership Podcast. And he talked about how he doesn't

wait until January 1 to start making changes in his life and how he really uses this time

between sort of the midway point of December till January 1 to really

anchor in and start making changes earlier. And I thought to myself, I really love that.

That's actually, that's what I do. That is a big part of this next couple of weeks in my life

is really this intentional pause, reflection, recalibration,

getting my footing, making some changes. And I'm also the kind of person that I am like

mid-December, I'm ready to make some changes. Even for me, in my wellness, if you follow my Instagram account,

you've been watching me talk about just dialing in, committing to my fitness,

really wanting to level up in my nutrition and just feeling like I'm being called

to sort of tighten up.

And I'm ready for it.

I'm really ready for it.

2025 was a year of rebuilding. It's been a year of massive growth and opportunity,

refinement, I don't know, just sharpening, but also a little bit of rest.
