Hello. So recently listeners may be aware

Debbudham's went bust. They did. Okay which is an odd thing. I don't know how aware many of our listeners are going to be. I think even like a lot of listeners in the UK are going to be like, Debbhanums went bust.

Debbroughts was still around, that was a thing. Well, there's a huge debonums, like a four floor debonums

in Liverpool One.

Well, there isn't anymore.

And it, but it was, Liverpool One was quite recently constructed right it was it was built around

capital of culture right so it was it was that kind of time that it was opening Liverpool

I remember when it was it was literally a hole in the ground going past on a bus and it was literally a pit as low as you could see because they were building the car park.

Yeah. Which is a pit as low as you could see. But yeah, so it was a relatively new build building and

debonums was one of the kind of the flagship. The flagship. Yeah.

Yeah. The Liverpool one. Like it was a massive development.

It was huge, yeah.
