The Senior Bowl itself is always a nice checkpoint or milestone on the offseason process, knowing that we have the NFL combine on the horizon and eventually the NFL draft.

This is always a very fun and exciting week of practice, let alone the game itself.

I will say, though, for context purposes, that I much prefer all the different information

and daily notes that come from practice reports, people on site as opposed to the game

itself, because there's a lot of inconsistent playing time,

laxed schemes defensively. The true test is the players themselves what they put on the field,

their product, their box scores, athletic measurables, and what coaches are seen every single

day in these practices, the motivation, competitiveness, speed, quick burst, acceleration,

physicality. The list goes on and on, but that's why I think the practices outweigh the actual

contest. Before I get to my breakdown of Key Insight from the Senior Bowl, there are a few announcements.
