I've been doing Instagram live interviews with athletes here and there after big races

and things like that.

And I was able to have a conversation with Josette Norris after she made her first world

indoor championships team for Team USA.

So I've decided if the audio is okay, I'm going to go ahead and throw these up on the

But this is episode 365 on the podcast and my guest is Josette Norris.

Now Josette is a returning guest on the show.

She was on episode 320 last summer.

She came on right after she ran that 1451 at the track meet when she broke 15 minutes

in the 5,000 for the first time.

Since then, Josette went on to run the Olympic trials.

She did place a disappointing eighth place which we'll talk about in this episode and kept

right on racing and had some really successful races after the trials.

She continues to prove that she is one of our top runners in the US and she is fit and
