In this episode of Oh My Heath ... There's HOPE! Jana talks with Julie Michelson.
Julie was in her 40s when she began struggling with symptoms of autoimmunity. Being a single mother of three, whose energy kept tanking and whose pain kept getting worse was not easy for her.
But it was nothing compared to the frustration and helplessness of visiting countless doctors, who diagnosed her with rheumatoid arthritis and they all agreed that it was only going to get worse…
Thankfully, she disagreed. And while they were wonderful, well-intentioned doctors, they did not have the leverage she did. Her life was at stake! And so she educated herself and slowly, she began changing her mindset, her diet, and her habits.
More than a decade later… she is healthier than she was in her 40s! And she has made it a personal mission to help others realize that they are in control of their symptoms, their health, and their well-being. Despite whatever they’ve been told to the contrary!
