I'm excited to chat with you today. I'm gonna be talking to you about a question

that came up in one of my better way calls with one of the students that I

have in my better way program right now. And the topic is over-explaining

slash giving explanations slash how to say no without apology. So I want to

tell you what the question was and then I will tell you what my advice to this

particular person was and just my advice in general on the topic. So we were in

the better way call in the middle of May and one of the ladies that is in there

with me who's working on you know starting a coaching program etc. In the

chat because I always do my calls in Zoom and so we always go back and look at

the chat and see like you know different questions that were repetitive or

you know where I could serve people that in a way that I did not the call. And so
