Omar believes it gets harder not easier as you progress in business. It's the easiest it will ever be when you get started (comforting and not comforting at the same time) And because it gets harder, at some point it forces you to change who you are....or you're simply not going to make it. This is actually a good thing but it doesn't feel that way at first.
