dive into what is it like to start over? What is it like to build again? And actually, you know, is having a

conversation with John who's doing all the filming for me. He's like, did you really have to like start

over, start over? And I'm like, yeah, yeah, we really started over from absolutely zero,

all brand new over the last year. And I'm going to walk you through it. So in part one, I just want to

kind of recap, you know, leading up to the decision, leading up to kind of that moment where

we were going to have to build again was gut-wrenching. And for somebody that struggles with

anxiety, this was a rough chapter and rough season of my life.

And I just remember there were so many days in those first few months that I was like,

oh my gosh, I think my heart is literally going to explode.

There was a lot of pressure.
