There was a stirring that took place, kind of in my own heart, a burden to create space for our worship teams.

There was a burden for us to create space for our team to kind of be together.

So really creating a retreat setting for our team, our leaders to be together, to be encouraged and be equipped to serve.

And we really did not have a 12-year, you know,

strategic plan. We're going to create a conference. We really were just like, let's create

space for our teams to come together. It ended up being just over 400 that first year. That was

the only year the conference hasn't sold out. But we realized after that year that we'd stumbled

onto something.
