So, folks, today we are thrilled to be with you for this legislative news episode.

We're going to cover a couple of stories, really important stuff coming to you out of California, also in New York State.

And we kind of talked about that one a little bit before, I think last month's legislative news episode, we talked about this New York case.

And so that one's interesting.

We have an update on that one.

We won't spend a lot of time because it's really just an update on where it stands currently with the Supreme Court.

We've got a case out of Ohio.

We've got this really interesting federal court case

that really just sort of kind of get, it got squashed. But today's episode made possible
