One of the experiences I trust every home brewer shares is the feeling of awe that comes from

0:04.5

witnessing the conversion of wort into beer through the fermentation process. Even after 15 years,

0:10.0

I still get giddy when I see the first signs of airlock activity, a nice fluffy croissant

0:14.2

developing on top of my beer. The worst is when this takes too long. You all know the anxiety

0:18.6

that comes from checking on a batch a day after pitching and seeing no action. This is why we love Imperial Yeast, who pack 200 billion cells of the purest

0:25.9

yeast into each pitch right pouch, which assures quick starts, healthy fermentation, and

0:29.8

predictably great results. I strongly urge all of our listeners to check out everything Imperial

0:34.3

yeast has to offer and let them know that you appreciate their support of the Brewosophy podcast while you're at it of questions submitted by listeners of the show. Yeah, as I told you at the top of, you know, before we got started recording, I actually really love these episodes that we do together. I love when we get these Brunez. I love you guys putting in

1:15.1

questions and giving us something to spitball and talk about. So just keep them coming. I think

1:19.2

these are some of the best episodes that we do and I really enjoy recording them. Yeah,

1:22.6

I say it every Bruin A episode that these are some of my favorite episodes as well. And there's multiple reasons for that one. I feel like in, you know, 36 Bruin A episodes, which is over 360, if you,

1:34.8

you know, we average about 10 questions per episode, that's a lot of questions we answered. I feel like

1:40.0

we haven't really gotten two of the same question yet. Maybe we have, and I just don't remember,

1:45.1

which would be perfectly plausible, given where I'm at my age and my life. But I'm with you.

1:50.6

They're just so much fun. We've got such clever questions that come in. And what I've been

1:54.3

noticing is a trend of people asking questions that aren't so much about beer, which is going to

1:59.4

happen in this episode. Now, one of the many benefits of being a patron of brewlossophy is that we often ask them for

2:04.5

show ideas as well as prioritizing their questions for these brew and a episode, which is what

2:09.8

we're going to be doing today. So if you're wondering how to become a patron or perhaps have no

2:13.8

idea what I'm even on about, patrons are those people who appreciate what we're doing

2:17.7

enough to support us over at patreon.com slash brewlossophy, whereby making a small monthly pledge

2:23.1

anywhere from $1 to $15 per month, they receive rewards like access to unpublished contributor recipes,
