If someone is skeptical of your story, for your story to pass muster, two things are likely to

have happened that someone or several people committed the murders and conspired to

plant evidence in your apartment and at the same time the Dallas Police Department also

was doing some things improper possibly or made some mistakes or did things on purpose. So

there's like two possible conspiracies happening at the same time and I imagine that's hard for

some people to get past that is what are the odds of that happening? All the one guy.

Well I think the odds are high. I think it happens a lot. I don't think it just happened in my

situation. I mean I think it does happen but you know when you start when you start talking about

okay not only did they rival drug dealers of my cousin have something to do with framing me.

It's a whole different land when you start saying well the Dallas Police Department frame me

and then that's when that's when people you know they they shut you out. They think that your

delusional crazy person but when you walk them through the evidence or walk them through the

reports or you know then they can clearly see but but even when you can prove it how you're

gonna prove it to you this is Texas they're not necessarily trying to to hear it and the courts

they're not gonna admit they know that they get things wrong.

When I think it was a court trial I have one shot born opportunity to be not guilty or I go

to prison in death row. Mm-hmm. That's the reality of it. We have busted out of eyes. We have

caught people in line. This is just insane because everybody's pointing the finger at somebody else.

You just don't hear every day walking in somebody's house or they take the plastic out and pop

somebody. So he could get the execution date pretty much any day? Yeah. There's no impediment.
