And away we go, episode 359 of the Algoldi podcast, it is Thursday, July 21st, 2022,

and I am coming to you on location for this installment of the podcast. I do not do on location

installments of the podcast often, but this is one of those occasions, Fenwick Island

Delaware. We are at the beach and we are headed home. I'm recording, I'm recording this

on Wednesday night. We will be in route to the Goldie compound at some point on Thursday

morning, hopefully earlier rather than later, but we shall see. Circumstances shall dictate

when we end up leaving on Thursday morning. We spent just a few days at the beach. Those

of you who have small kids or have had small kids know this a few days at the beach.

That's just enough. Okay. We have a son who next month will turn five. We have a daughter

who next month will turn two. I have over the last few years truly come to understand

the phrase, I need a vacation from my vacation. That is a cliche phrase, right? And I had

heard that cliche over the years and I kind of sort of knew what it meant, but you know,

until you experience that, you don't know. Well, now I know. Okay. Now I know. I totally

get that phrase because when you have small kids, there is no vacation. Okay. Spoiler alert,

there is no vacation. There is only the transporting of chaos from one location to another. That's

what your vacation is a transporting of chaos. The same chaos, just in a different location.

There's no relaxing. Okay. There's no vacation. And the near two-year-old daughter over

the last few days has learned to use the word no. Yeah. This happened over the last few

days. She has started to use the word no. So that's been nice. She now is to my wife and

me as Juan Soto is to the nationals. It's time to eat lunch. No. Do you want to sign a

15-year, $440 million contract extension? No. That's where we are. So I hope things are
