Hi, everyone. I hope you had a wonderful week. I had a really nice time away with family and recovering from pneumonia,

which was not a lot of fun. You know, I know I've been getting sick a lot. I know people have noticed

getting a lot of respiratory infections over the last six months. And, you know,

correlation is not causation, but I'm pretty sure this correlates to the beginning of the

Trump administration and how it impacts like my day-to-day life and work. So clearly I need to do a

better job of separating myself from all that is going

on around me and in the world. And so if anyone has any ideas on how to keep yourself healthy,

let me know. First thing I've started is daily meditation. So that's something I'm trying.

I'm also trying to rest my voice more because ever since getting sick, it's been kind of off.

And I think it's just going to take some time. So, you know, I just need to rest more. And that's a hard thing for me to swallow because I kind of like moving around a lot and I like doing a lot of different things in one day. And I get bored pretty easily. And I just, I need to get comfortable with being bored because I need to make myself bored.

But if any of you have any advice, please let me know.

Well, since I last recorded, The Real Housewives of Atlanta had their final episode of the season.

I really enjoyed it.

I don't know. I think I still absolutely love Kelly and Angela. Like,

I think they are so good on the show. Portia's fantastic on the show. Thadra's hilarious, but I don't

think there's anything authentic about her. Not sure how I feel about Shimea. Like I definitely like her on the show,

but I don't know, like something's just a little weird about her to me. I think the showcase that

she did with her music was just like, I don't know, an extravagant display of wealth to have

like that big of a production. And I don't know,

like, are you really going to make this a career? Are you really trying? Like, what exactly is this?

If it's a passion project and she's got the money, okay. But I know, she always talks about giving and,
