We've had, and I'm sure you understand,

a rash of sexual assaults in the city of Los Angeles

and in the outlying areas that begin,

and law enforcement will tell you this,

they begin as individuals who are stocking homes looking through

windows and observing the occupants of those homes while they feel that they're not being observed

while they feel they are safe within the uh within security their own home and point of fact there's these

peeping tombs and i understand that and peeping tombs. And I understand that. And peeping times, eventually, in many cases, become rapists. So I understand that.

Well, let me finish what it is that I'm trying to say, and I can get some questions. So,

the training film is very simply one that was shot by myself and Randy Gleason is one of our

sub-commanders. We also have Major Elvis Newton who was bringing an equipment van.

And I think we had Jerry Clemens too, is that right, Randy?

So Jerry Clemens, who's also one of our sub-commanders.

And I think Jerry was with Major Newton in an equipment van.

We used the equipment van to transport us from home to home.
