Well, hello everybody. Welcome back to the Melanie Mitro show. It's your host, Melanie Mitro,

But what about the middle? The messy, the uncomfortable space between where you are now

Right now, I'm in the midst of building my new brand and recalibrating my sales, building that

foundation in a new space, bringing on new team members, and balancing my family and leadership

and relationships.

And it's messy.

And sometimes it's downright exhausting. And I don't know about you,

but I love hearing stories of other business leaders who are in the trenches and I love to

hear what they're navigating, the things that they're facing that are challenging them and how

overcoming it. And I have to tell you that one of my favorite podcasters is Ed Milet. And his show,

the Ed Mylet show, has been an inspiration to me for a number of reasons. A lot of times he

interviews people on the show that are navigating through the peaks in the valleys and they're the

underdogs that rise up to achieve greatness. And I always resonate with those stories because I do

feel like I'm an underdog. And my very first experience in entrepreneurship was 14 years ago

as a mom with two little ones at home with me, a six-month-old and a two-and-a-half-year-old

and a spouse that was like, I don't know what this business is you're trying to start,

but it is not going to succeed and you're going to fail.
