But gosh, this is episode 354, which means for about 300 of these main episodes, Kate was the one in my seat co-hosting with you.

Yes.

And I still, like, I was trying to remember Elise, and maybe you remember more clearly,

but before I asked you if you would be willing to try being co-hosts, like we had gotten lunch, right?

Like, I think as you generally do, you're very good about, like, making new friends and reaching out to people.

And so we had had lunch and I was like, this woman's so cool.

We should be friends.

And then when Kate said she was leaving, it was a little random.

But I just had this vibe that it would work because, like, we were friendly, but we weren't.'t yeah but I'm like an outer circle friend yeah exactly so we knew each other from other friends right exactly exactly and I

I just I just liked how both of us were I think we were both very like open and transparent from

the beginning of like hey if this isn't working like we're just going to call it and, like, that's fine. Um, but I think both of us were like,

oh, hey, this is kind of, this is good. This is a good thing. Um, and also, like, you were not,

like, Kate part two. Um, and, you know, I think that was important to me to both sort of, like, honor the legacy of Kate and, you know, I think that was important to me to both sort of like, honor the legacy of Kate

and acknowledge that like we had our own thing.

And then now we have this other thing.

And, you know, Kate and I are still friends.

Like, we still see each other.
