I had a chance to work with him this past year as he was the senior point guard

from Winston Churchill High School's basketball team here in Maryland.

Jake is arguably one of the brightest and sharpest young men I've had a chance to work with.

Even so impressive that at the end of the year, he was awarded one of our Green 13 awards

where we award 13 leaders that we work with throughout the year with this really cool award.

Jake is also a basketball junkie. He started a blog of his own

at eighth grade called Jake in the Paint, and he's been covering high school and collegiate

basketball relentlessly for the past four years. He's made a name and a profile for himself,

and he's absolutely become a student of the game. We wanted to bring Jake on because

in addition to Jake's perspective from basketball, he also has a great emotional intelligence

as it relates to what high schoolers want in this whole process of basketball. So we wanted to
