For me, there are a lot of standards a person must keep or attain to be able to host a podcast or show.

The deals with a serious topic like disappearances.

A certain demeanor and serious attitude you might call it.

Other topics would be medicine, loss, psychology, to name a few.

While many other topics, video games, movies, cars, those hosts have a lot more leeway and they should.

Those are supposed to be fun and laid back subjects.

One of my standards for the serious topics host is here she must be transparent to the audience.

Why? Trust and knowing that the host is honest is everything.

All of you should be able to research the host to make sure he's not a con man, especially for disappearances.

So as an example, I'm not a big fan of true crime hosts who hide behind pseudonyms.
