My name is Kevin Estella.

I'm the director of training here in Aberdeen, North Carolina.

And if you guys know me, you know that I'm into the great outdoors.

I mean, that's why I was brought on to the company and, you know, Glover found out about

me by reading my book and, you know, he and I talked after we podcasted about hunting,

fishing and all sorts of things in the great outdoors.

So I've got a background as being a lifelong outdoorsman, a lifelong sportsman.

And every once in a while, you come across a publication or you come across an article

or you see a video and it just resonates with you.

It's like, damn, they get it.

And, you know, recently I was, I won't even say recently, but in recent history, I mean,

I guess if you look at the sum total of someone's life, it is relatively recent.

But, you know, I was going through the, you know, the social media feeds and I came across

this one page, you know, it's like, whoa, they just get it.

And you know, when you get into like the hunting world, you often deal with people that are

referred to as Elmer's, right?

Or many people will call them Fudz.

And sometimes people don't want to break away from tradition to show something new and

innovative and really cool and whatnot.

The social media feed that I came across was the total opposite.
