Hi friends and welcome to another Robcast and I am so excited because Alexander

Shia is back in the house. Some of you welcome my good friend. Thank you. Thank you.

And Alexander was on the podcast a couple months ago and so many of you

mentioned how his fourfold path and the gospels and the sort of the journey

that were all on just blew you away and so at that he was going to be back in town.

He's flying in from Australia and then heading to New Mexico and at some point

we'll get into your travels but that we had to have him back on to take us a

little deeper and that we have an audience today of two well Kristen Bell was

here but she but we have an audience of two Darren Rounds and Phil Wood are

here beloved friends of mine and fellow surfers Kristen Bell is here walking

around it's actually 400 degrees in Los Angeles so we're doing the podcast at

my kitchen for 50 we're doing the podcast at my kitchen table because it's the

only place that's cool that doesn't have a massive amount of fans or air

conditioners blasting and making it sound bad so that's why it sounds like

we're to larger space because I am we are. Did everything get out of that

Kristen Bell? Okay I like that explanation okay so Alexander last time there's

so many places I want to talk about because we have to talk about what you're up

to maybe at the end you'll tell people what some things you're up to and how they

can get more connected I'd love for you to talk about tribes and diversity at
