0:35.5 | Maybe I've got to convince Roe, we've got to pack up and go to Arizona. You know, who knows? We'll see. Can two of us fit in Arizona? I don't know, bro. Yeah. There's some great people here, but there's a lot of need. I mean, I've been blown away seriously. Like, you know, the need there's not very, there's a doc who hopefully I can get on the podcast. He's doing some good stuff down south a little bit. Uh, Dr. Muscles down there, Dr. Nali. And so there, anyways, there's some good people. And, and I think we're trying to really get the word out from metabolic health and, and, you know, the low carb community. And, And, yeah, so it's exciting to see so many good people. 0:56.4 | So Templeton. you know, the low carb community. And, and, uh, you know, so it's exciting to see so many good people. We have Temple here to, to get everyone in shape. 1:46.2 | which I think mimicked some of the things that could have gone wrong in, you know, childhood. But I was |
1:51.7 | always the heavier kid in the group. And that always kind of worked on my self-esteem. But, |
1:56.3 | you know, lots of fried food, lots of sugar. And so, you know, I didn't really realize stuff was going wrong with me until college. So I, I went to, to play college at a D1 school soccer. And, um, I just wasn't, I didn't feel as good as, as my peers. And I also just never had a period. And I was always chalked up to like, oh, you're really athletic. You run a lot. You |
2:18.6 | lift weights. Like it's not a surprise. You're not having a period. But I just never felt good. |
2:22.6 | I was dealing with like your typical mood issues and cystic acne, all of it. So I was, you know, |
2:28.8 | typically put on birth control. And I kind of rode out the birth control for, you know, four or five |
2:34.1 | years. |
2:34.5 | And things didn't really start to get bad, bad until my last year of college. And I didn't |
2:40.4 | never know. I wanted to be a dietitian. I just knew something was kind of wrong with me. And |
