| 1:39.0 | October was a reading month that felt a little bit all over the place. |
| 1:43.0 | I felt like I read a lot of books. I did read a lot of books because I'm recording this even earlier. |
| 1:48.0 | So I'm not even quite done with my reading month. |
| 1:50.0 | And the books are all over the place. |
| 1:54.0 | I took a picture last week on Instagram, and it was of two of the books I read this month. |
| 2:01.0 | It was of Shouting in the Fire by Dante Stewart. |
| 2:05.0 | And then the young adult novel from like the 80s or early 90s. |
| 2:09.0 | The face on the milk carton by Caroline Cooney. I took the picture of those two books together and thought this encapsulates what my reading life has felt like honestly this whole year. |
| 2:20.0 | And hopefully I'm not alone in that. |
