And we are live. Welcome to episode 3,425 of the survival podcast Monday kicking off a brand new week, the week of January the 8th,

and we're gonna have a little bit of a like an actual see change in the schedule of the show going forward starting this week

It's not a big deal. It's just something you might find interesting. So typically the show has fallen into the following as our schedule.

Monday is a Just Jack show. Tuesday is just a just Jack show unless I'm first Tuesday

that I'm with John Nicole for our weekly or our monthly first Tuesday coffee

chat. We'll have an interview on Wednesday, Expert Council, Thursday, and Friday Flashback

on Friday.

I have decided we have a lot more people that are worth hearing on the air than we're able to get on with what amounts to four interviews a month.

So what we're going to do and try to preserve the ability to have these individual deep dive shows as well.

One week we will have two interviews, the next week we'll have one.

In the past there was a period of time,

this is way in the past, like I lived in Arkansas.

We did two interviews a week every week, and I got to where I felt like I just didn't have the time to deep dive into certain things.

So I'm hoping this will be a good compromise if we end up deciding to go back to, know for a month then then we'll do it it

won't be that big deal just wanted you guys to know that so what are we gonna talk about today
