I am one of the co-founders here at ETR and we're coming off of a the edge remains

kind of week.

Yes, that's right the pro bowl was Sunday and it really did bring a smile to my face

not because of the game obviously the game was shit, but it reminded me of the good old

days when we scoured WMBA players Instagram accounts for injury updates when we DM'd with

beatwriters and secured a real edge through micro understanding of playing time.

What I mean of course is that understanding the rules of the pro bowl and to be clear

on the rules of the pro bowl each team could only have two tight ends on their roster and

you must have at least one tight end on the field for every play in other words in terms

of opportunity tight ends have the highest floor ceiling combo by a mile.

But the field the field didn't fully see it that way they didn't understand the rules

Kyle pits only 38% in a showdown slate.

Like Andrews 51% George Kiddell 25% Travis Kelsey 45% Pits scores a TD Andrews goes

off for 582 to Kiddell 443 0 Kelsey did dud you know so that was like one big edge right

away also the field did not play defenses enough even though defenses have historically

performed pretty well in probals and the aFC defense ended up breaking the slate at

just 12% owned incredibly low for showdown you know five turnovers forced to touchdown

scored by the aFC defense.

So yes of course in these slates in these pro bowl slates and w NBA slates whatever else

where there are in projections where people are confused by the rules there's not much
