As we sit here currently distant from our teams, unsure of when sports will resume, it's

understandable to just wait it out.

Let's just see what's going to happen and do nothing during this time.

But is that what we should be doing as coaches and leaders?

Should we be doing more? And if so,

what should we be doing? T.J. and I today discussed that and we share some tools and resources

coaches and players can be taking advantage of during this break. Coaches, let's jump in.

DJ, obviously in the height of the coronavirus, we're separated from our teams.

And I think all coaches are asking themselves the question, what do I do in these moments?

How do I best lead my teams?

We're distant.

Don't even know when we're going to have a season again.

Don't even know when we're going to see my players again.

So much is unknown. So what do I do right now? Do I do nothing? Is it even worthwhile doing anything? And I think it's a question we need to discuss. I've had that conversation with a handful of coaches recently as well. I want to kind of tee it up for you. Where do you go with this, T.J? Because I think it's a fair question. And it's one coaches are wrestling with across the board.

Yeah, you know, it is a very fair question.

The first thing I would say is that everybody's dealing with it.

So don't feel like the pressure of coaching is that I'm getting behind, right?

And one of the really great blessings of this time is that nobody's getting behind.

Nobody can do anything, you know?

And so you don't have to feel the pressure of keeping up with the Joneses and this team's doing that and they got workouts going.
