The focus of the session today is rheumatology, and I'm so excited to have two phenomenal

educators here from UCSF, who we're going to learn from today. So our brilliant case

discussant is Dr. Leanne Gensler, and our brilliant case presenter today is Dr. Appledeen Osborne. So thank you both so

much for being here. And I know we're all really excited to learn from you and learn from the case

that Apple has prepared for us today. So I'm going to pass the mic to you both to introduce each other,

Thank you guys so much for inviting me here today.

Dr. Gensler, so she is a professor of medicine here at UCSF.

She had excellent internal medicine training here as a resident,

and she completed her chief residency here as well, in addition to her fellowship.

She is a thought leader in the space of spondyl arthritis, and in addition to being an expert in that, she's also the backbone of her

rheumatology fellowship, given that she's the program director. And we are also lucky to be

able to learn from her. Thank you, Apple. Should I take it from him, Maddie, and introduce my
