I want to start by asking you all a favor.

I don't ask much of you, but I'm going to ask this.

If you remember, will you just say a little prayer for me once in a while, especially on

Sundays?

Hey, Heavenly Father, let's Satan just lay off Melanie a little bit on the days she's

recording her podcast because we really appreciate her, but we also hate that she just gets

beat down every time she wants to record it.

Can you just say that little prayer once in a while?

Because I don't know what happens, but man, I just get feeling terrible about everything

and myself and the days I do the podcast.

And I'm feeling so happy all week long.

And then by the time where I'm getting down to seriously start writing it, it's like,

you're dumb, you're stupid, no one likes you, you're the worst person in the world.

And I'm getting sick of it.
