Well hello friends Jennifer here welcome back to the podcast. It should be smart until you

would podcast episode number this is but alas I am I'm even unsure. I wonder why I'm unsure

let me tell you why I'm unsure because sometimes the my team gives me like okay here's

you know what you had talked about recording this week here's you know this podcast number with

the notes and here's podcast number notes but then I'll be like oh yeah I wanted to talk about

that but now I want to talk about this and sometimes I do the old switcheroo and then we get out

yes I am often this scattered and let me just be a testament to those of you who have super creative
