So welcome back, Alan Stein. It has been a long time coming. I think a couple years.

You know, Alan, I was looking back at the site. We recorded over 170 episodes together,

and this is our first time kind of reconnecting on the podcast, man. Welcome back.

Oh, it's so good to be back, man. I had such a blast with you in those episodes and

have certainly been listening since. You guys have done an amazing job with the show.
