What up, guys. Welcome to the Chichistu podcast episode number 329. Today we've got one of my favorite people in Jiu-Jitsu on the podcast. We have Brandon McAfrin.

Brandon is, you know, a friend of mine from years ago. And, you know, he created a organization called the PGF, professional grappling federation.

And again, he started it, as he'll talk about back in 2020,
