What you learn over 15 years is each individual decision does not matter as much as the coherence of the grand vision.

So I can let one go, even if I think that's not the right decision, that's the wrong decision.

But on this particular decision, Jason cares more.

So since he cares more about this thing, let him have it.

I can just say, I don't think that's the way to go, but so what?
