You know you you said you've been studying this stuff for 40 years do you think as somebody who has been involved in this and has been observing this, especially

from a point of view of somebody who observes in terms of massacres and in terms of international

law, do you think what's going on right now is qualitatively different than what has gone on in the past or is it just a term in terms of degree?
