Honestly, I don't know if my cardio is good enough for all of that. Now, see, since I come at this from the perspective of a 40-year-old father of three,

when I see someone do a running cannonball off a four-foot stage onto a concrete floor

when they don't have any shoes on, I think, oh, no, your ankles!

Like, I think we're headed for a shattered ankle.

Yeah.

But I'm not a 30-year-old, uh, world-class athlete who just got done going 18 minutes

with Connor McGregor.

I, I totally get what you're saying, though, because when I saw the, the picture of,

where it's like the screen grab of Nirmigo-Metoff in the air, and I'm realizing, okay, that's a guy who made that jump without

even caring how he was going to land. And that, uh, you know, that is impressive in a way, because
