This could be a sign that Rob Gronkowski will not rejoin Tampa Bay in 2022. He seems to be 50-50 right now based on recent reporting.

That or the team is simply looking forward or towards the future with Cameron Brates

currently at the top of the roster's depth chart.

He is not a long-term solution at the position at this point of his career.
