We are a couple of missionaries at Acts 29. This is the podcast where we talk about how acquiring a biblical worldview brings us great hope.

God who created and rescued this world in order that you and I can be agents of transformation and

recreation. Maryfield transformed and recreated today. A little bit. I tell you what, we got

some sun this last weekend, didn't we? We did. We had a spectacular opportunity. Some of us on the

team, together with a good friend of ours, Father Lee Brokaw, to be down with the students and the faculty at Ave Maria University

leading them on retreat.

We saw that big orange thing in the sky.

We had to remind ourselves what that was.

Yeah, because we live in Michigan,

and it's not always sunny in these February and March days,

but it was great.

What is our topic today?

Our topic today is no excuses.

Nuts. Well, then let's pray in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

Father, we just ask your Holy Spirit to be upon us as we continue to reflect on this most powerful of penitential psalms, Psalm 51.

We again ask you for the grace to be able to vulnerably listen to your spirit as he speaks to us,

to remind us who you are, who we are, how desperately we need you,

and are the reasons that we have for unshakable hope in your goodness and your mercy.

We ask all this in Jesus' name.
