Summary

Natisha Webb wrote to me recently about my West Highland Way trip, telling me she'd already booked to go on the same hike next year. We corresponded, and it turns out that she also thru-hiked the AT in 2021, having been "Covided" off in 2020.

Naturally, I wanted her to tell her story, and she agreed to come on the show. As you'll hear, she is a pragmatic woman, making sensible decisions when decisions are required.

Katie Westling, who we followed in 2021, is heading back to the Appalachian Trail in early June to complete the last 500 or so miles of her hike. She tells us her plans.

Today, this is episode number 324, and our guest is Natisha Webb or Calypso. Now, I normally go on a bit in these intros, but I'm on a bit of a time crouched at the moment for a very good reason, so I'll be somewhat briefer. 1:07.0	Anyway, after Natisha, we'll catch up with two of our Mighty Blue Class of 2022, neither of which are currently on the trial, and will be catching up again with Katie Wessling, who we followed last year.
1:18.7	The good news is, she's about to go back on the AT and complete her through hike.
1:23.1	Then I'm reading the first part of Chapter 2 of Then the Hail Came by George Stephanus.

1:35.9	Last week's conversation with Nathan and Kim elicited a response from those in favour of moving the southern terminus of the Ampan Action Trail to Alabama.
1:44.4	I got a phone call from Jeff Hayes, one of the people referred to by Nathan and Kim.
1:49.4	He asked to come on the show to respond.
1:51.6	So what we're going to do in the show the week after next is Jeff will come on and make his case
