fitness tracking while I'm at the gym so it monitors my heart rate and it keeps track

of my says that you've been this many calories and it's like you says that you've been this many calories,

and it's like, you don't fucking know,

what are you talking about?

Because if you're not getting data,

there's no point you're going to the gym.

If you're not generating data,

literally halfway through a workout the other day,

I was like, I said to my trainer I didn't

switch my watch on at the start so could we just go again from the top?

Because if you don't measure it it doesn't count.

It may if a workout happens in the forest then there's no one around to hear it, did it even burn any calories?
