above all of that, a very big deal, Mr. Chris Nimbley and Twitter legend, Paulie

Brazays. So let's jump right back into the mailbag. First question comes in from

M-O-A-M. He says, why does Mack not like drafting skill position players for Darnold? Well, the

funny thing is, we just talked about how they were trying to get Mikol Hardman, so I guess he does

want to get some skill position players for Darnold.

On the surface, it is a little weird that they didn't use a higher pick on a skill

position player, but Chris, as we talked about, let's be honest, the strength of the top

of this draft was completely on the defensive side of the ball.

Yeah, I think it's just a matter of the value not lining up. I'd have to go back and, you know, look through the drafts the last couple of years, but this year the value just didn't add up there.

Obviously, if they were going after Miko Hardman, that let you know they were looking at it there. It is weird, but again, they only had six picks going into the draft.

I know they picked up the other one, but they didn't have a lot to work with there.
