0:35.4	You know, few things capture how sick and twisted we are as NFL fans as marking the

0:44.5	I mean, you have something wrong with you.
0:46.6	You have a screw loose if you are marking the start of an NFL teams OTA practices in

0:54.5	But what can I tell you?
0:55.8	We're all sick and twisted.
0:57.2	We all have screws loose and here we are marking the start of commanders OTA practices in
1:03.8	this 2022 NFL off season OTA stands for organized team activity.
1:10.4	There are a variety of things that an NFL team does in its off season that falls under
1:15.6	the umbrella of OTAs.
1:17.7	But what's starting on Monday for the commanders are actual OTA practices, which aren't fully
1:23.9	padded practices or anything like that.
1:26.8	But these are practices to varying extends the batches of OTA practices for the commanders
1:33.1	this off season are May 23rd through the 26 May 31st through June second and June 6th
1:40.2	through the 8th and then we get the mandatory mini camp from June 14th through the 16th.
1:46.2	So we expect press conferences and reports and who knows what else on the commanders this
1:51.3	week and in the coming weeks and of course you should expect all of that to be covered
