I'm your host, Mandy Sleutzer. Let's get to it. I hope you had a wonderful week. I know this upcoming week is a bit stressful.

There is an election happening in the United States.

I hope if you're eligible that you have taken steps to make sure that you vote, vote by mail, vote early, in person on election day, whatever makes sense for you. And I hope people are taking some time

this week to practice self-care because if, you know, not everyone is crazy like me and lives in

D.C. and like works in this space, but it is, it is stressful. And I'm encouraging people to just,

you know, mind their stress levels. I should probably take my own advice.

Guys, I'm so excited for this week's episode. I have a woman named Tina on. She's been on the podcast

before, maybe a few years ago. She is so fantastic and she's trained as a behavioral health therapist.

And I incorrectly said that she supervises facilities, but she actually supervises multiple

therapy teams, not facilities. So wanted to make that correction. In terms of Bravo news, I haven't really been paying too much attention.

We talk about a lot of the stuff that's going on with Bryn and Uber and all of that during the

podcast, but I did see just now that Teddy Mellencamp has filed for divorce from her husband, Edwin, which I don't know if that's

supposed to be shocking or not. She did mention that while she was on her first season of the

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, that Edwin had cheated and that they were dealing with

the aftermath of that, but she didn't let it

come up on camera, which, you know, maybe is why she didn't do so well as a housewife, because we

didn't actually get to see what was going on in her marriage. But was she and her the best? I'm sure

it's a difficult time. It just makes me so sad how many of these

marriages end, you know, and then they have young kids. And I know she just had a baby in the last,

I don't know, three, four years. And it must be really difficult. So, yeah, hopefully she can lean on her friends like Kyle Richards, who's been going through it too.
