Des Moines. We talk about U.S. men's soccer. The U-20 Cock-A-Cockacaff Championship, which doubles as the region's World Cup qualification

tournament for men's U-20s kicks off in just over a month, November 1st,

and we've got regular scuffed visitor and all-star, Joey Anton, back to talk about the roster, a provisional

version of which is due on Tuesday, October 2nd.

That's a little under a week from now, so now is the time to talk about it

Joey how are you? I'm spectacular Adam thanks for having me back on I'm excited to

talk about about this with you tonight. How's Omaha? Omaha's great I was actually in

Denver over the weekend and none of the listeners have been to Denver lately. I highly recommend it. It's beautiful weather. There's tons of stuff to do, but it's always nice to come back to Omaha and see my family and hang out so yes you're in

Kansas City right now. Yeah I'm in Casey, Casey Mo I'm at a conference.

Yeah. To all the guys and gals on the coast, I mean you guys just don't know how good we have it in the Midwest.

Denver, Casey, Minneapolis, Omaha.

Well, thank you for being here and I think the first thing we should do with this roster is try to

lay out the intricacies of this tournament and the roster rules because it's not

very simple and the context is important as we sort of talk about the roster choices that Tab Ramos has ahead of him.

Each nation must submit a provisional roster with 35 names on it to Kakaaf.

That's the one that's due next week.

And then 20 days later,

TAB is going to have to settle on 20 players,

including two goalkeepers,
