Was everybody's week going, have you all recovered from the trauma that is Hillhouse? Because I sure

as fuck have not, and I don't think I ever will. After the last four weeks, people are like obviously

asking me to cover like Bly Manor or Midnight Mass or Fall of the House of Usher, which I think will be the next Flanagan thing that I cover.

And they're saying like do that after you take a break because I think a lot of people are understanding that I need to take a fucking break in between emotional destruction.

You know what I'm saying?

And for that reason, for this week and next week, because

this is probably going to be a two-parter, I had to do something that really does not stir up any

emotion in me. I had to go from like one extreme to the total opposite. And I'm covering paranormal

activity. And it's probably going to be two episodes because I want to try and cover the first

four movies today and then the other three next week. And then I'm going to be two episodes because I want to try and cover the first four movies

but I have full confidence. I think we can do it. But they might be long episodes, but you guys like

that. So fuck it. It's fine. So I will just say, again, especially coming out of the Hillhouse episodes,

don't expect in this series to have all of your questions answered like we did in the show.

Because if anything, I feel like this franchise kind of leaves you with more questions than it

does answers. And I feel like at first they had a really strong direction that they were going,

but then the last couple movies, like that kind of really fell off. And the last movie, like,

is not really related to the first five at all. Like at least the first five, there's a really

strong connection between them. And I actually think it's really cool how they all are

interconnected. And then the sixth one just like completely loses that.

So it's kind of super fucking random. But I do feel that the plot of this franchise as a whole kind of
