Thank you so much.

Now Jen, the reason we have you here is because you're one of the few people who's ever

co-authored a book with our co-founder Stephen Arcovey.

You wrote about a decade ago with Stephen, the book Great Work, Great Career.

I love the tagline How to Create Your Ultimate Job and make an extraordinary contribution.

What an honor.

It is.

A lot of the content from that book,

while applied to your career,

comes from his seminal work with Seven Habits.

Which is why you're here today.

In fact, because Dr. Covey passed about six years ago,

I invited you to come in and speak on his book, The Seven Habits,

mainly because you've been in the firm for, gosh, almost 25 years.

You're our senior vice president of all of our sales and client work across the

U.S. and Canada, and you tutored or Dr. Covey for close to the majority of your career here.

It was quite an honor and thank you for having me here to represent his work.
