What's up, guys? So recently I did an email, and in the email I was talking about, is jiu-jitsu physical or is it mental, right? And this stemmed from, as you'll hear in the podcast, this stemmed from a conversation that happened with me and a few of my students when we were kind of doing a debriefing after a competition. But I want to sort of pose the question to you right now, while you getting ready to listen to this. Do you think that jiu-jitsu is a physical predominantly or a mental predominantly?

I know right now this morning I got up on my Instagram. I take cold showers. And it's funny because my cold shower gets so cold right now that I can see my breath. I'll take uh I do I clean off with hot I'll do cold for about five minutes and then I'll do hot again and then cold to end and I posted a thing I was like oh a cold shower when it's three degrees outside and then like people are sending me messages like yeah it's like negative 47 with the windshield uh where i'm at so it's it's colder
