You want to say hello? Hello, hello. And, um, oh my word, we are, seriously, this is about to happen

everybody. But first, you know, it's my birthday coming up on August 23rd. Something just fell

very heavy. Um, I'm going to be 45 on August 23rd and I'm raising money for my, I'm doing this

birthday campaign thing. Do you wear your Leo or Virgo? I think I'm a Vir, I don't know. Yeah, I'm a Virgo.

You're a Virgo? I'm on the 26th of August. Are you 26? Yeah. So I'm raising money on my birthday

campaign to drill wells for water around the world. Well, no. And, um, so I know good one. So I am so

far enough, I'm asking everybody who listens to my Robcast to give money. I'm like, just flat out

blatantly like, please give me money because I want to get people water. So all those of you,

my.charitywater.org backslash.rawbell for that. But now let's get right to it. MCYogi is in the house

and I have, I first heard about you. I saw a picture of you on Instagram and you're leading like

like 2000 people in, um, in like full yoga movement and the photos like a black and white. And you

are like looking to the camera and behind you is like this beautiful mass of humanity. And I was

like, this dude is doing something really interesting. Then I realized that you're like a,

like a great graffiti artist and that cows is sort of your thing. Then I realized that you're like a

rapper and have albums like seriously like legit good hip hop like my wife likes your, your stuff.

Always the mark. And then only love is real is the new album. And then a friend tells me that you're

like a serious student of a faith tradition that like this all comes from somewhere. It all stems

from my personal practice, you know, at all. Actually, all this is a result of, of me, um,

stumbling into a yoga class after I lived at a group home for at risk youth through about two and a

half years when I was in high school. Um, you grew up around here. I was born in San Francisco,

grew up in the Bay area. And, um, you know, as you're saying, I used to paint graffiti a lot and I
