My guest today is Heather Matarazzo.

Heather's a brilliant actor, an activist, a mental health, warrior, and most importantly,

a dear, dear friend.

She and I both started our acting careers as children in very prominent productions and

experienced a very different world than most of our peers did.

And it's created some parallel successes and struggles in our lives.

Heather's passion for equality and justice for everyone in America has been an inspiration

to me, and I'm happy to be able to share our conversation with you.

So we met, I mean, how do you describe how we met Heather without giving away our secrets?

We met in the resistance.

Yeah, I mean, I would say that we met in a collective.

That's a good way to say it.

Yeah, because there's that thing, right?

Like what resists, what resists persists and what you look at disappears.

Right.
