Well, hello everybody. Hey, it is Tuesday, December 19th, and I am your host, Melanie Mitro,

on the Women Inspiring Women Podcast. Today we're going to talk about setting goals and motivation. I'm going to share with you just a personal story about goal setting and how

difficult it was for me when I first started setting goals about six and a half years ago.

And so I'm going to share a little bit about that today. But before we get started, if you
